It’s been too long..

2013 has started fast. I looked away briefly and we’re already mid way through January.

After a cracking Christmas and New Year embracing the South African tradition of a long summer holiday (3 weeks), spent by the coast in glorious Cape Town and in the African bush in Kruger National Park, it’s back to real life (and the gym, pavement, trail).

Will try and get some photos up in the next few days. Suffice to say South Africa remains very photogenic.
